Gamuda will be hosting a site visit to the Parramatta Station site, offering students a firsthand look at one of Sydney’s major transport and infrastructure projects. Students will be meeting off-campus at the site.
5 PEP hours will be given to all attendees.

The visit will begin with a project overview delivered by one of Gamuda’s Project Managers, followed by a guided surface tour of the site. This is a unique opportunity to explore the scope of a major infrastructure development, engage directly with industry professionals, and gain insight into real-world project delivery.
Mandatory Safety Requirements: All attendees must wear long sleeves, long pants, and steel cap boots. Gamuda will supply the remaining PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Please note: anyone who arrives without the required clothing and footwear will not be permitted to join the tour.

- Apologies and Leaves of Absence
- Minutes of the Previous Meeting & Business Arising
- Election of Executives
- Appointment of Returning Officer
- Nominations and voting for Events Director (Academic)
- Date of the Next Meeting (TBC)
- Close of Meeting
To stand for election, nominations will be taken during the meeting, and nominees must accept nomination. Voting will be conducted via secret ballot and follow a majoritarian system (first past the post).
