🛋Hope you had a safe and healthy winter break. Some of you have been saying you missed lectures and tutorials and we listened! No one actually said that...
What we actually have been hearing is how hard it is to find a job! So here it is, SUCE is partnering up with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) to help you upskill and find your next opportunity!
For those that are focusing on the theoretical aspects, we've got you covered too. We're bringing you a CIVL survival panel to get you on top of your studies.
Over the winter break, SUCE has been thinking hard at work building a better experience for you!
Our team has pulled their heads together and build a website for all things SUCE.

On the website you will see things like:

Dr Francois Guillard is a lecturer in Geotechnical Engineering and is primarily in the Particles and Grains Laboratory within the School of Civil Engineering. He studies the properties and behaviours of granular materials and of brittle porous media, which have implications for industries including construction, mining, agriculture and pharmaceuticals.

"Currently, we cannot see the behaviour of the grains below the surface, so I am developing X-ray radiography methods to study in real-time and in three dimensions how granular materials flow internally."
