Alison is a Chief Executive Officer at Roberts Co with more than 20 years experience in the construction sector. She has strong commercial expertise and significant site experience, making her an exceptional role model for women in the construction industry.

Matthew Bourne is a General Manager of Building for NSW at John Holland with more than 25 years in the building industry. In this role, Matthew works with many stakeholders throughout the company, secures projects and oversees the approach and strategy for the completion of John Hollands projects.
